Is Klippa DocHorizon still called that?
Not on the vendor's own site. SER Group acquired Klippa in 2025 and the product became Doxis AI.dp in March 2026. The fraud module is the same lineage under new ownership and a new name.
Can I keep DocHorizon for extraction and switch only the fraud module?
Yes, and that's the lowest-friction path. Keep your existing extraction and classification pipeline, and call TamperCheck as a separate endpoint on the same file for the forensic pass.
Is a bundled fraud module ever enough on its own?
For obviously altered files, often yes. Against documents generated end to end by AI - which carry no edit history for a bundled module to find - it's worth checking whether the module runs anything like a dedicated synthesis pass.
