Data Subject Access Request

Use this form to exercise your data-protection rights. No TamperCheck account is required. Requests are processed in accordance with the GDPR and UK GDPR as our baseline standard; where your jurisdiction provides additional rights - including under the CCPA/CPRA or India's DPDPA - those rights are reflected in the request-type options below. We will acknowledge and respond within 30 days of receipt.

Data retention. TamperCheck operates as a data processor. Uploaded documents are not retained after analysis completes. System logs, backups and AI inference sub-processors may retain limited personal data for the minimum period necessary to deliver the analysis result, or as required by applicable law. Where a TamperCheck customer uploaded a document that references you, that customer acts as the data controller (or, under the DPDPA, the Data Fiduciary) and is the appropriate first point of contact for your request. Right to complain. If you consider that our response does not adequately address your request, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).

Requests are verified by confirmation to this email address. In certain cases - for example, account-deletion requests - we may require additional proof of identity before processing.

Your region determines the applicable legal deadline and any additional rights that may apply. Our standard response period is 30 days from receipt of a complete request.
